He has designed and managed civil infrastructure projects for major private and public‑sector clients while working with large, well‑established corporations.
Today, Luis is focused on his sole‑proprietor practice, personally completing every engineering task. He gives each project direct attention from initial planning through final deliverables, ensuring care, responsiveness, and quality.
